Once a Upon Time...

I was born in New Bedford Massachusetts in the late 40's and went to school in Dartmouth Mass were I lived until 1999. While I was sitll in high school I worked for Sears Roebuck fixing Telivisions and other appliances. I did this until 1983 when I received a job offer with the local Electric company. I also joined the Navy reserve and took a leave of absense from 69 till 71. I worked in New Bedford for Nstar Electric and Gas company as an engineer in substation maintance and design. I retired from Nstar in 2009 and worked part time for American Electrical Testing Co. (AETCO) until January of 2015. My wife Sue and I got married in 1999 and now live in Rehoboth Mass. I have two adult children that now have families of their own.

Guantanamo Bay Cuba

This photo was taken at Guantanamo Bay Cuba around 1970.. I was a 3rd class radioman at the time.. I operated a ham radio station from this base with the call sign KG4ES. Note the camera on my bed. I have always enjoyed taking photos.

Goodby Navy and back to my Sears job.

Just out of the Navy and starting to get back to my Sears Job. This was taken at my parents home in Dartmouth Mass. The Sears store was at the Dartmouth Mall. Check out that can of Narragansett beer in my hand?

My motorcycle

My 1974 Norton Combat Commando and me. I purchased my first British Bike back in 1968. It was a Triumph Bonneville. That bike got stolen from me while I was down in VA. I sold the Norton bike back to the family I got it from a few years ago because I just was not using it

My Testimony

Sometime in the early 80’s while attending Dartmouth Bible Church I accepted Christ as my personal savior. I was baptized at Barney's Joy Beach in the Demarest Lloyd State Park. Since knowing Him, God has shown me that being a “Christian” isn’t about just doing good works. He made it clear in His Word that I do not have to earn my salvation or His love (Eph. 2:8-9). He has given me a peace that surpasses all understanding. I am not perfect and I still mess up, but God loves me despite my flaws and imperfections.
